Write a personal statement based on the following information.
Suppose you are Li Hua, a student majoring in Economics at Dalian University of Technology. Write a personal statement to apply for a graduate program at Southampton University in London. The following points should be covered:
1) Self-introduction
2) Your study experiences and internships
3) Unusual obstacles or hardships you overcame
4) The accomplishments or skills that set you apart from other applicants
5) Your career goals
Requirements:
1) Provide evidence to support your thesis
2) Make it succinct, objective, informative and professional in tone
3) You should base your writing on the outline and write at least 300 words.

根据以下信息写个人陈述。
假设你是大连理工大学的一位经济学专业的学生。写个人声明申请南安普顿大学在伦敦的研究生课程。以下几点应包括：
1）自我介绍
2）你的学习经历和实习
3）不寻常的障碍或困难，你克服
4）的成就或技能，使您与其他申请人
5）你的职业目标
要求：
1）提供证据支持你的论文
2）使其简洁、客观、翔实、专业化
3）你应该把你的作文写在大纲上，至少写300个字。
作业具体要求：

Part I  Translation (10%)
Directions: Translate the following sentences into Chinese.
1. I will spend about eight minutes outlining the results and I will conclude by talking for two or three minutes about the implications of these findings.
2. Costs have increased slightly on the project. We will exceed the budget.

Part II  Writing (90%)
Write a business report based on the following information.
Write a report on employee benefits satisfaction. The following points should be covered:
1) The report was requested by the Director of Personnel and is to be submitted by 28 June.
2) 15% of employees were interviewed in terms of overall satisfaction with current benefits package, problems encountered and suggestions for improvement.
3) Employees are generally satisfied with current benefits, but most of them complained about the lack of dental insurance.
4) Older employees should be taken good care of and the benefits request system needs to be revised.
5) Give priority to vacation request response time as employees need faster approval in order to be able to plan their vacations.
Requirements:
1) Your report should cover introduction, procedure, findings, conclusions and recommendations, etc.  
2) Make it objective and factual.
3) You should base your report on the outline and write at least 300 words.
根据以下信息撰写商业报告。
写一份关于员工福利满意度的报告。以下几点应包括：
1）该报告是由人事主任要求，并将于六月28日前提交。
2）15%的员工在整体满意度方面接受了目前的福利待遇，遇到的问题和改进建议。
3）员工一般都对目前的福利感到满意，但他们中的大部分人都抱怨缺乏牙科保险。
4）老年员工应得到良好的照顾和福利要求系统需要进行修订。
5）优先考虑休假请求的响应时间，因为员工需要更快的批准才能安排他们的假期。

Write minutes of a meeting based on the following information.
Write minutes of the Engineers’ Club Meeting that you have just attended. The following points should be covered:
1) The club plans a reception to welcome new members.
2) A team of three engineers will be selected from the club for overseas communication and the application deadline is June 25.
3) Preparations should be made for the election of new president and vice-presidents.
4) The secretary suggested that the Engineers’ Achievements Exhibit be postponed from July 3–10 to October 3–10.
Requirements:
1) Your minutes should cover opening, body as well as check and sign, such as meeting date, venue, chairperson, attendees and note taker, etc.
2) Key outcomes from the meeting should be listed, such as decisions made, actions agreed and open issues.
3) You should base your minutes on the outline and write at least 200 words.
根据以下信息写会议记录。
写几分钟的工程师俱乐部会议，你刚刚参加。以下几点应包括：
1）俱乐部计划接待新会员。
